General:
Built in 1990 as kitchen and 8 studios.
Current owners bought Fanari in 2002. After some rebuilding in the wintertime, rented out 6 apartments since 2006.

Apartments:
# 1+5+6 have two rooms with kitchen and bathroom and other furniture, tables, closets etc.
# 2+3+4 have one room – and the same
#7 has a big kitchen with dining table, big living room, one bathroom, one small bedroom and one master bedroom, Living room and bedrooms have direct access to a stone-fenced really big terrace facing North-East.
Free and perfect view 240 degrees – from the South and the sunrise over Panteli, the mills and the Castle to Platanos. Perfect mix of sunshine, shadow, shelter and hide-away. Best view in the Island of Leros.
Water:
Water tanks are found under terraces of #4 and #5+6. Realistic total is approx. 145 m3.
In 2001 both cisterns were cleaned and isolated/coated inside with a special plastic coat with 30 years of guarantee.
In big water tank are 2 big pumps working together, providing high and even pressure.
In cellar we have a water softener (de-salinator) for city water. Most of the year the city water is not salty, and the de-salinator is closed.
On the roof are 3 big solar panels, only a few years old. All of them are connected to electric supply for winter use.
Heating/air con
In #7 is electric floor heating in kitchen and living room + bathroom.
No air con – easy to install if you like.
Equipment
Beds:
# 1-6 has 160 cm bed for 2 prs. (very best IKEA model)
# 7 has 160 cm bed for 2 prs. in each bedroom (same quality)
Total 16 prs in 7 apartments.
# 1+5+6+7 have a sofa bed, total (1+2+2+2) = 7 prs.
In storage you find 3 fold-out beds and 2 baby beds.
Outside:
Colorful tavern tables and nice chairs all over, both garden side and Pandeli side.
Close to #1 are 2 big stone tables with 4 big benches.
Dressing up:
All beds can be fully dressed with good quality linen, covers, duvet, pillows with covers etc.
Big stock of good quality towels (small+big) as well as other towels for beach use – and lots of other stuff
Kitchens:
#1-6 has very good equipment – everything and plenty of all you need on holiday
#7 has even more, stove, dishwasher, helpful electric machines etc.
Decoration
All rooms are decorated by Lone’s patchwork and Jesper’s water colours.
Small extras
Opposite # 2-4 is a big area, nice to gather on around the big BBQ. Also a Weber gas grill with a gas cylinder. Wi-Fi garden-side and in #7
Enclosed are tools for gardening and small works/repairs. Stock of tiles and some paint for repairs.
